Shipping
Paper plan sets are printed and shipped rolled in a protective tube, never folded. Orders within the USA typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders typically arrive in 7–9 business days. Delivery times begin once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
Plan sets and printed materials: Because plans and manuals can be copied, plan sets, collector sets, books and manuals that have been opened or removed from their shipping tube or packaging are non-refundable.
Parts and components: Hubs, backing plates, fans, propellers, templates and other parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, uninstalled, unmodified and in their original packaging. Items that have been installed, used, altered, drilled, cut to size or engraved cannot be returned. Skirt glue and other materials with a shelf life are non-returnable once opened.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including shipping.
Return shipping: Except for damaged or incorrect items, the buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges and customs fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to return: Contact us before sending anything back, and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Technical support and services: Technical support and engraving services are non-refundable once provided.
